Melodie has been involved in cheer and dance since the age of 3, and continued throughout elementary, middle, high school, and college. Since 1995, Melodie has continued to coach, as well as provide choreography, education, and tryout/competition judging for several schools and organizations throughout the Valley. She currently holds her NFHS and AACCA cheer coaching certifications, and is USASF certified in tumbling and stunting through level 3. Melodie also spent 18 years working in public education.
Jason is from Glenwood, UT. He started his passion for cheer and tumbling at 9 years old and competed in national championships by age 10. He enjoys working with the youth and his cheerful charisma helps to motivate athletes to reach their fullest potential. He enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and hiking and also loves to coach tumbling. Coach Jason joined PCE not long after it opened, and been with us for a year and a half
Brittany was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She started her All-Star career in her sophomore year of high school and fell in love with the sport right away! She has been coaching since 2015 and loves working with children of all ages. Brittany also teaches 4th grade in the Deer Valley Unified School District.
Rico started doing parkour and free-running at the age of 15, and learned many acrobatic / tumbling skills on his own before receiving proper gymnastic training. He was then recruited by his high school cheer team, cheering for two years. After high school, he volunteered as a coach at a gymnastics training facility in California, where he is from. He has been coaching gymnastics and tumbling for over five years.

KathyAnn is from Kennewick Washington, she was an all-star cheerleader for 13 years and a high school cheerleader for one year. She coached levels 1 through 4 for 3 1/2 years before moving to Arizona. She is a three time national champion! KathyAnn is beyond excited to be a part of the PCE family!

Autumn is from Morgan Hill, CA . She has been doing cheer dance and gymnastics from the age of 3 years old. She started all 3 sports recreationally, then started competitive dance and cheer at age 8, while continuing her gymnastics training. Autumn started coaching gymnastics at the age of 16. She has coached preschoolers up to competitive level 3. She’ll be graduating in April 2019 from Grand Canyon University, where she studies biology, psychology and dance.

Macie is from San Antonio, Texas where she began competitive gymnastics at the age of three. This led to a multitude of sports throughout middle school and a undeniable passion for competitive cheer. for th Macie cheered for all 4 years of high school, winning 3 UIL 6A state championships. She is very excited to be a part of the Phoenix Cheer Elite family!

Shelby grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she began all-star cheerleading at the age of 6. Shelby continued all-star cheer throughout high school and lettered as a freshman on the Varsity cheer team. Shelby continued her education at the University of New Mexico, where she was a member of the cheer team for 3 years, while studying Human Development & Psychology. She has coached at the middle school and high school level, and has worked with athletes ages 7-18. Shelby is currently a Medical Assistant here in Phoenix.
Coach Blake became an important part of Phoenix Cheer Elite in early 2017. She will forever be remembered for her enthusiasm, her passion, her loving spirit, her contagious laugh, and her ability to bring out the very best of every athlete. We are forever changed, and will always "B.E. Strong" because of Blake!
